Larry did an outside job for me.  He was quick to understand what I wanted done and quick to devise the most economical way.  He also has a tendency to do extra helpful things because he feels "it's the right thing to do".  Highly recommended.  

Larry built a custom bookcase for our study. The workmanship was as good, or better, than any of our other furniture. The attention to detail and making it fit into a relatively small space were also appreciated. The alternative of using a custom furniture shop would have been significantly more expensive. This was clearly our best value.

My mom's garage door opener broke. We got estimates up to $350.00 for labor alone to replace the unit. Larry came out the next day, replaced it and rewired the existing keypad (which everyone said couldn't be done) for less than Home Depot wanted. He came out the day after we called. We had him back to rod out the clean outs under the sinks. He's prompt, reasonably priced, friendly and most important, very honest. Hard to find these days. I would definately recommend his company and call him again.

My washing machine wasn't working, so I called ABC Plumbing and a guy replaced one valve ($600!) and said my machine was fixed.  It wasn't.  When I called the same plumber again, he said this time the machine wasn't working due to frozen pipes (?).  He told me it would cost around $1000 if I wanted him to fix the problem.  I was pretty frustrated.  My parents gave me Larry's number.  They had just met him and raved about the great work he had done for them.  When Larry came out, he discovered that it wasn't a frozen pipe, but that the plumber had turned off my hot water valve.  It seemed unbelievable to me  but it was true because after he adjusted it, my machine was working again and has been working ever since!  I am so thankful that Larry came out to fix my problem!  He saved me $1000!  In the future, I will only use Larry to help me!

Larry has done several different types of jobs for us.  I wouldn't ever call anyone else!  (1) He fixed an outside leaking spiggot for us.  When we called the plumber he came in our basement to do the part on the inside and said he couldn't reach it because of a built in cabinet was in the way.  Larry figured out a way to do the fix thru the ceiling. (2) He did some wood work in our basement.  When the previous owners finished the basement, they didn't put a cap at the top so I could see up into the ceiling. Larry did a beautiful job putting wood caps around the top and bottom of the posts so our basement looks great. (3) He came to replace our sump pump.  Again - he did a great job. I told him that he is my hero because he also replace our check valve (which was so LOUD) and now everything is quiet and running GREAT!!.  I trully cannot say enough about Larry and the quality of his work.  I always recommend him for jobs and I will never call anyone else!!
